Campbell: Green? Not likely...

David Beers, editor of The Tyee, lays out pretty clearly where Gordon Campbell's priorities lie when push comes to shove with greening the BC economy.

Campbell has done quite a bit of talking about climate change, and introduced a few modest initiatives to encourage people to shift to low-carbon lifestyles.

But, as Beers points out, building road infrastructure on the scale of the Gateway Project and doing all you can to expand the tar sands are the kind of initiatives that are going to take us a long way in the wrong direction.
